About

I am a DPhil student in the Animal Vibration Lab with a particular interest in venomous animals such as snakes, spiders and centipedes.

I have a MEng in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London with a focus on translational research and biomechanics; I pursued my thesis on the allometry of running speed in spiders. My overarching research interests lie at the intersection of evolutionary biology, ecology and biochemistry, and I have a passion for studying, documenting and photographing reptiles and arthropods both inside and outside the lab.
